Connection

Mind, Spirit & Emotions

Emotions are the energetic residue left over from trauma. Contemplation opens understanding, understanding opens acceptance, and acceptance offers wholeness. This protocol clears the old wiring and builds the new one deliberately.

    Daily Ho'oponopono Prayer

    Second wave

A Hawaiian prayer that clears old thoughts, wiring, emotions and traumas. Say it several times a day, especially on waking and before sleep, until it becomes part of your unconscious script: "I'm sorry, please forgive me, I love you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you."

  2. 02

    Deep Breathing Exercises

    Start here

In slowly through the nose for 6 seconds, hold for 6, out through the nose for 6. When that becomes easy, move to 8 seconds. Repeat multiple times a day to reset the adrenals and switch off the unconscious stress response.

  3. 03

    Electromagnetic Signature Imprinting

    Start here

Marry the electrics of the brain and intention with the magnetism of the heart's feeling state to send a clear signature outward. On a blank sheet, draw a line top-left and top-right. Under the left, write the specific goal in full detail. Under the right, write exactly how you will feel when it arrives — free, blissed, grateful. Draw a cartoon of yourself in the middle, hands raised, receiving it, with arrows from brain and heart flowing outward and back. Release the timeline you think it must arrive in. Meditate each morning on the folder of goals from a high emotional state.

  4. 04

    Daily Sungazing

    Start here

Within an hour of sunrise or sunset, when UV is absent. Start at 10 seconds and add 10 seconds each day, working up to 44 minutes. No glasses or contacts, bare feet on the earth. Triples the size of the pineal gland and activates the brain by up to 35%.

  5. 05

    Contemplation, Entheogens and Release

    Third wave

Trauma needs to be understood before it can be released, usually through love and forgiveness of self and others. Meditation, deep contemplation and entheogenic ceremony — San Pedro, ayahuasca, psilocybin, tobacco, peyote — are how most people finally learn the lesson the catalyst was carrying.

  6. 06

    Follow-Up Every 6 Weeks for a Year

    Start here

Follow-up sessions confirm nutrients are balancing evenly and nothing is slipping through the cracks. Each distant session runs roughly 4 hours of therapy, followed by an updated protocol covering the work done, top issues, nutrient levels, organ stress and revised recommendations.
