Third wave
½ tsp diatomaceous earth in ½ cup spring or filtered water twice per day for 21 days. Alongside it, Mimosa Pudica seed: 3 capsules AM, midday and PM — 9 per day — for the same 21 days. Repeat the full cleanse every 6 months.

Black Walnut, Wormwood and Clove Tincture
Third wave
1 tablespoon of the combined tincture three times per day in any liquid for 21 days. As a decoction instead: 1 tsp of the mixed powdered herbs per cup of water, 2 cups per day for 30 days.

Second wave

One small bag of Hombre Grande steeped in 1 litre of water in the fridge for 24 hours, then 3 shots per day for 10 days. Or 3 cups per day of guanabana leaf and stem decoction for 10 days — a handful of leaves and stems per cup, boiled covered and simmered 12 minutes, left overnight, strained and refrigerated.

Second wave
Remove raw fish and sushi entirely, and cut sugar and refined carbohydrates for the duration of the cleanse. Parasites feed on both, and the cleanse works far faster without their fuel supply.
